We had a great time. The kids all had fun just playing outside at the house. The house is beautiful. It was perfect for two families. We could all be together and also have our own space if we wished. A local at Breckenridge suggested we try Copper Mountain. It was great, the kids loved the tubing hill.
We did not have a problem with the roads at all. We had trouble seeing in a couple of spots on the way to the house, just because the wind was blowing hard and the snow was blowing everywhere, other than that the roads had all been cleared. Overall we had a wonderful time, and look forward to our next trip to the snow

Our stay was fabulous, largely in part due to your beautiful home, it was truly remarkable, we would love to stay again. There is one photo in particular which I'm sure you'll find great delight in and maybe even use on your web site, it's a picture of a herd of elk numbering somewhere between 150-200 taken right in your front pasture. It was soooo cool! Loved your maps and reference materials you shared, we actually used them quite a bit.We were really quite impressed by the thoroughness and attention to details that your provide to your guests, you did a nice job! My personal favorite was your taste in decorating, it was exactly what I would do if I owned a cabin in the north woods. And, I was very impressed to see how you supported the local economy by purchasing quite a bit right down town at the cute little shops.

We packed up and headed home today, all with downcast faces at the thought of leaving. My five year old grandson asked me how many days in a week and when I answered seven he said he wanted to stay two more weeks. We all had a great time and loved the cabin and the views are absolutely amazing. We did rent atv’s a couple of days, but did most of the riding on public land trails.
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We are already talking about coming back next year.

We went to Tom's cabin with 4 families. Two of us had two children each and the other two families were the grandparents. The way that this cabin is laid out is perfect for together time and for alone time when the kids need to get away. I would ask that everyone leave it better than you find it. Tom is nice enough to have some supplies, ie salt, pepper and spices, so please leave it better than you find it.

Way off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. Convenient to Breckenridge (~30 mins) and other attractions. Beautiful views, not another house in sight. Clean, new & very comfortable. Friendly caretaker. We really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful Retreat!
Amazing home that comfortably fit our family with plenty of sleeping and living space. The deck is beautiful with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Great hikes nearby as well as access to Breckenridge, rafting in Buena Vista etc. It was the perfect home for our family vacation!

Christmas at the Cabin.
Date of Stay December 22, 2011 My family and I spent the Christmas holiday at the cabin. It was a great experience for all of us. Even with 10 of us, there was more than enough space in the cabin to spread out and be comfortable. We spent most of our stay at the cabin and had all the amenties of home since the cabin is fully furnished. The cabin's property manager was extremely helpful with our arrival and departure. He even went out of his way to help us with a vehicle that was having mechanic problems and put up a 12 foot Christmas tree for us. This was a great vacation for all of us and we are happy to have been able to celebrate a White Christmas in the Rockies!!

A Unique and Memorable Stay
An special and unique experienced reflecting the "spirituality" around spectacular sunsents, stars, moolinght and special nature everyday! There are no words how to express how much we enjoyed this unique home. We really, really had a wonderful stay. The property Manager is a very special and knowledged person, always there with his attentions and kindness. He is absolutely beyond his duties a 100% genuine person .

We had a wonderful stay in the Fairplay cabin during memorial day weekend and enjoyed it to the fullest. The cabin is among the wilderness but has all required amenities. The look and feel of the cabin was awesome.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Watson's cabin. From the well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful mountain views, and even wi-fi we enjoyed everything about the cabin. The caretaker, Mike, went above and beyond getting us settled and giving us information about the area and things to do in South Park. He and his wife treated us like family and really made our vacation special. We are already looking forward to staying here again next summer.
